Our Team

Nikki started her career as an aquaculturist and then a science teacher before training to become a college admissions consultant through the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA). Nikki is also an active member of National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC) and has presented many seminars on topics such as college admissions and career preparation. Beyond admissions counseling, Nikki focuses on executive function coaching and leadership development. She also specializes in working with athletes, in particular aspiring college sailors, as she actively competes in the professional level of the sport and runs a non-profit that supports women in sailing.

Tosca Langbert is a recent graduate of Harvard College, where she majored in Government and minored in Art, Film, & Visual Studies. She is from Dallas, TX and now lives in Los Angeles, CA. Outside of Success Koach, Tosca works in unscripted entertainment development and production (think documentaries, reality TV, and more!).

A fun fact about Tosca: she did both a semester away during high school and a gap year during college in AmeriCorps!

Sammy is a recent graduate of Harvard College; he holds degrees in integrative biology and government. His research primarily focuses on the relationship between democratic and authoritarian states. Sammy also enjoys running, rowing, and going on long walks with his dog Summer. This fall, Sammy will begin law school at Georgetown.

Olisaneme is a graduate student at Rice Unviersity pursing a Masters in Bioengineering. He recently graduated from Harvard College with a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering and developed a minimally invasive medical device as his senior thesis. While at Harvard, Olisaneme was a Harvard Outing Club leader and board member, First-year outdoor program leader and an EMT, and a researcher at two engineering labs. Olisaneme is knowledgeable about research and the pre-med path.

Anu has a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from Tufts Medical School and obtained her post-doctoral training degree from Stanford University and worked there as a Research Associate. She has also worked on the Human Genome Project at MIT earlier after completing an M.A. in Biological Sciences from Smith College. She has been in the educational field for many years with a strong background in academic writing and presentations. She has trained to become an independent College Admissions Consultant by completing a college counseling certification at UCSD. With more than 7+ years of experience as a college admission essay coach Anu enjoys helping students write compelling essays showcasing their vulnerability, values, strengths, experiences, and perspectives. At Success Koach, she loves taking multiple roles, including counselor, brainstorming expert, essay coach, and mentor, helping students with their academic preparation and college applications.

Shreya is a graduate student at Columbia University pursuing a Master's in Computer Science. Shreya also works in parallel for Microsoft as a Machine Learning SWE. Over the years, she has mentored several students into exciting CS careers through her business venture, the Marvel Research Program. SK Students seeking help with CS careers and USACO exams should use Shreya’s expertise and career guidance.

Tessa recently graduated summa cum laude from Harvard with her BA in Government and her MA in Regional Studies of Russia, Eastern Europe, and Central Asia. She wrote her BA/MA thesis about exiled Russian journalists. While at Harvard, Tessa was a director for Harvard Model UN, vice-president of the Harvard College Russian-Speaking Students Association, co-president of Satire V, and co-president of the Lowell House Society of Russian Bell Ringers.

Geetika manages the field operations for Success Koach, including billing and sales. She onboards all new students and identifies the best-fitting counselor on the team to work with your student. She has earned a certificate in College admissions counseling from UC San Diego and UC Irvine.

Geetika has ten years of experience in technology, specifically Healthcare IT and retail. Before that, Geetika was a preschool teacher at Stratford Schools in the SF bay area. Geetika has raised two wonderful girls and learned the art of college admissions counseling through her experience. The older one went to Wellesley College and is now pursuing her Master's in CS at Columbia University. Her younger daughter goes to Santa Clara University.
